macOS Dictation
SuperGovorilka vs built-in macOS dictation
Built-in macOS dictation is free, and on Macs with Apple Silicon it recognizes Russian right on the device, without internet - enough for many people. On an Intel Mac, dictation sends speech to Apple servers, while SuperGovorilka works offline there and on Windows too. You need SuperGovorilka if you have an Intel Mac, a second computer with Windows, or want Whisper models; free for 500 words a day, unlimited is a one-time 1000 ₽.
