Does Windows voice typing work without internet?
Voice typing (Win + H) does not - it uses Microsoft's cloud recognition. Voice Access works offline, but without Russian.
Do I need a Copilot+ computer?
Not for regular voice typing or for SuperGovorilka. Copilot+ is needed only for Windows "fluid dictation", which works in English only.
